The Dubliner Menu - Brunch
Lunch served from 11 am until 3 pm Saturday and Sunday.

Breakfast

IRISH COUNTRY BREAKFAST
Two eggs any style with sausage, crispy
bacon, O’Brien potatoes, a grilled tomato with cheese and Irish soda bread.

IRISH EGGS BENEDICT

Two eggs poached and served on toasted muffins with Irish oak smoked Salmon and Hollandaise sauce, broccoli and O’Brien potatoes

HOMEMADE WAFFLES
Freshly made waffle with powdered sugar and maple syrup.
…bacon or strawberries and cream available

CASHEL COTTAGE EGGS
Corned beef has, poached eggs, sautéed mushrooms and slice tomato, topped with a mild cheddar cheese

IRISH OMELETTE
A three egg omelette with bacon, sour cream, and O’Brien potatoes.

IRISH OAK SMOKED SALMON BAGEL
Irish oak smoked salmon served with bagel, cream cheese, diced onions, hard boiled egg and capers

POTATO SKINS
Baked potato skins, deep fried and crispy, served with bacon bits, melted cheddar and Monterey jack cheese

BAKED BRIE WHEEL
Oven baked Brie, served with fresh fruit and French bread

WARM SPINACH AND ARTICHOKE DIP

Spinach, artichoke hearts, Romano, Cheddar cheese and sour cream served in a crock accompanied by Nacho chips

Cup of Cream of Potato or Soup of the day

COBB SALAD
A bed of fresh salad greens topped with bacon, chicken, ham, corn and blue cheese

WARM SALMON SALAD
6oz Grilled Salmon Filet mixed salad greens with fresh vegetables

DUBLINER CHICKEN SALAD

Hot fried chicken pieces and chilled romaine lettuce with crispy tortilla strips and our own honey mustard dressing, garnished with tomato wedges and black olives

CAESAR SALAD
Traditionaly prepared with fresh romaine lettuce, crispy crouton, home made dressing and sprinkled with Parmesan cheese
with grilled chicken available

Sandwiches

Classic Grilled Reuben
A combination of corned beef, sauerkraut and Russian dressing on rye bread, served open faced with coleslaw, pickle and fries

Monte Cristo Sandwich
Thinly sliced turkey, ham and Swiss cheese on white bread, dipped in fresh egg batter and sautéed until golden brown and topped with hollandaise sauce

Coleman Club
Fresh roasted turkey breast with mild cheddar cheese, crispy bacon, lettuce and tomato on farmer’s white bread

Hot Corned Beef Sandwich
Lean corned beef piled high on rye bread, accompanied by coleslaw, pickle and potato chips
